The Warehouse Associate role supports Renuity’s mission by maintaining efficient warehouse processes, managing inventory flow, and ensuring accurate shipping documentation. This position works closely with production teams to coordinate material movement and uphold operational standards. It plays a key part in delivering the fast, hassle‑free home‑improvement experience customers expect.

Lead warehouse staffing through hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer‑service standards while identifying system improvements.
Manage shipping documentation, manifests, receipts, and enter data into reports.
Coordinate inventory transfers and schedule material movement in partnership with the Production team.
