Knowledge of commercial roofing systems: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC (but don’t worry—we will train you!)
Driver’s license – A valid license and clean record make you a huge asset.
Experience – Background in construction or commercial roofing is highly desirable.
Physically demanding: standing, climbing, lifting
Lift 50+ lbs regularly, bend, climb, kneel
Experience in residential or commercial roofing or general construction
Safety mindset – Already OSHA 10 certified or worked for a safety-focused company? That’s a big plus.
Be comfortable working at heights
Equipment skills – Certified to operate a forklift or MEWP? That’s valuable!
Work outdoors in all elements
A valid driver’s license
