Extensive knowledge of Texas Local Government Code, Title 9, Subtitle C, Chapter 303 related to Public Facility Corporations as codified in Texas Administrative Code, Title 10, Part 1, Chapter 10, Subchapter I related to Public Facility Corporation Compliance Monitoring.
