Supervise subcontractors diligently throughout all stages of construction, ensuring compliance with programme, quality and safety expectations.
Provide proactive support to subcontractors by issuing accurate information, drawings, standard details and technical guidance as required.

Maintain uncompromising quality standards, ensuring all works are completed in line with Berkeley Homes specifications and relevant guidelines. All activity must be accurately evidenced on Fieldview, with the appropriate Hold Points approved by the Project Manager.
Ensure full compliance with the BHOC Quality Management System, completing all required documentation and alerting the Project Manager in advance of Hold Points or potential risks.
Gathering information and involving team members to make effective and safe decisions.
Influencing team members and peers, turning around objections/resistance.
Promote a positive health and safety culture, adhering to all site guidelines and encouraging safe working practices across the team.
Champion Berkeley Homes best practice, ensuring appropriate protection and signage are in place to safeguard each home, fixture and fitting. Provide coaching and guidance to subcontractors where procedures are not being followed.
Conduct site inductions and raise the necessary permits in collaboration with subcontractors, ensuring full adherence to site procedures.
Instruct and record day works as necessary, including potential contra charges, supported by photographic evidence where appropriate.
Developing team members with a planful approach and effective delegation.
Contribute to exceptional customer experience, supporting the team in achieving a Net Promoter Score above 70% and 90% or higher on ‘Ready’ and ‘Clean’ measures within IHR surveys.
Undertake additional duties as reasonably required to support the successful delivery of the project.
Identify and escalate concerns regarding subcontractor performance, including labour resources or quality issues, to the Project Manager without delay.
Coordinate with warranty providers to ensure timely inspections are carried out and Completion Certificates obtained as required.
