Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with local authorities, transportation agencies, government bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure the project aligns with broader transportation infrastructure plans
Project Planning & Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of Q Express Stations construction projects, including site surveys, stakeholder engagement, and environmental considerations
Quality Control: Ensure the station meets high-quality standards and complies with all construction and design specifications
Final Inspection & Handover: Conduct final inspections to ensure all aspects of the Q Express Stations meet client requirements and industry standards. Oversee the official handover of the completed station
Construction Management: Oversee the construction of Q Express Stations, ensuring adherence to the Employer's Requirements and the Stakeholders Agreement
Logistics Management: Oversee logistical planning, including material procurement, scheduling, and site management, to ensure seamless construction operations
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place and the project is completed within the allocated financial resources
Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental protocols during the design and construction phases
Technical Design Approval: Ensure all designs comply with regulatory codes, safety standards, and client specifications. Review and approve architectural and engineering designs for the station
Design Oversight: Work closely with architects and engineers to create station layouts that optimize functionality, accessibility, safety, and aesthetic design

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams
Strong understanding of rail station design principles, construction methodologies, and industry standards
A minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience in the design and construction of transportation infrastructure, particularly rail stations
Experience in the Middle East construction market is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders
Certifications: Relevant certifications in construction management, project management, or safety (e.g., PMP, LEED, NEBOSH) are an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure
Proven track record in managing large-scale transportation projects from inception to completion
Proficiency in project management software and tools
