The Area Manager oversees construction projects from start to finish and mentors team members for success. Responsibilities include managing a team of Outside Plant Engineers (Project Coordinators), assigning and overseeing projects, monitoring timelines for timely completion, ensuring high‑quality standards, coaching and developing staff, and maintaining a monthly financial forecast for project management.
Ideal candidates prioritize safety, have proven experience managing telecom construction projects, and enjoy coaching and mentoring. They possess basic accounting knowledge, are proficient with Microsoft Office, can quickly learn custom software, and may have relevant MOS codes such as 12166, 62E1G, 12A, 12N, or 12T.
