Assist with general facility maintenance and minor repairs (dry wall, painting, plumbing, electrical, Fab installs ).
Ensure compliance with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures during maintenance activities.
Conduct routine inspections of MHE for basic functionality and safety compliance.
Serve as the on-call point of contact for urgent facility issues or breakdowns.
Perform site safety training for vendors working on-site.
Keep inventory of filters, lamps, bulbs, and other supplies; place orders or coordinate with vendors for out-of-scope repairs.
Act as the liaison between site leadership and vendors for all maintenance-related work.
Coordinate immediate repairs or temporary solutions to minimize operational downtime.
Perform periodic preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
Ensure contractors adhere to site safety standards and operational guidelines.
Maintain lighting systems by replacing lamps, tubes, and bulbs inside and outside the building.
Proper upkeep of all drinking fountains and bottle fillers throughout the facility.
Inspect and document fire extinguishers and fire main system conditions.
Oversee third-party contractors performing repairs, installations, or inspections.

Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License preferred.

Ability to maintain water level(s) in battery cells used in MHE by performing routine checks.
Ability to work on elevated surfaces (ladders/manlifts). Strong communication skills for vendor coordination and reporting
Ability to communicate effectively with team and cross functionally
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide direction, implement ideas, and adapt to changing business environment
Familiarity with pneumatic air systems and dock door/leveler repairs.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and single-phase installations.
Technical Skills
Experience with racking installation and inspection processes.
