Lead brand voice, strategy, and creator community across social, partnerships, and content.

Tasks
This is both a creative and strategic leadership role. You'll own the voice, look, and feel of the brand across all touchpoints, from social to partnerships to community. You'll architect data-driven strategies, foster creator collaborations, and ensure the brand shows up with authenticity, clarity, and impact. -Ensure brand consistency across every channel and touchpoint (social, web, content, partnerships, PR). -Develop and oversee the organic and paid social media strategy to grow our reach and influence. -Oversee partnerships and campaigns that authentically integrate the brand into the creator ecosystem, e.g., events, webinars, parties. -Lead content direction — from creative concepts to production — ensuring bold, on-trend, and platform-native storytelling. -Serve as a key brand steward internally — ensuring everyone understands and embodies the brand vision. -Present performance reports and insights to leadership regularly. -Build and manage a team of social strategists, content creators, and contractors. -Identify emerging formats and trends to keep the brand at the forefront of culture. -Define and evolve the brand identity, tone, and storytelling across platforms and campaigns. -Foster a strong community presence through engagement, social listening, and interactive programs. -Build and execute brand campaigns that drive awareness, trust, and affinity. -Build deep relationships with creators, influencers, and brand advocates. -Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Comms to align messaging and campaigns. -Use analytics to inform strategy, optimize content, and demonstrate impact.

What You Bring
-6–10 years in social media, brand, or creative leadership roles (startup or creator/AI space a plus). -Proven track record of building and scaling brand presence across platforms. -Prior startup or early-stage brand-building experience. -Growth potential to evolve into VP/Head of Marketing as the company scales. -Strategic mindset paired with hands-on creative instincts. -Experience managing teams and agency or contractor relationships. -Strong creative direction skills (writing, design, or video). -Exceptional storytelling and communication skills. -Deep understanding of creator culture, digital trends, and social platforms. -Experience in AI, SaaS, or creator tools.
