Accountable for accuracy and timeliness of S-curves and histograms.
Identify, monitor and report against the project critical path providing early warning to the Project Manager/Director of any potential slippages.
Prepare and analyze schedule performance in relationship to the baseline plan and provide forecasts to complete based on these metrics.
