Working on a 2:2 Roster, ex Perth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading the on-site delivery of a critical structural integrity project, driving safe and efficient outcomes in the iron ore sector.
You’re a confident and capable Construction Manager with a strong track record delivering complex site works safely and efficiently.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience managing construction projects within the iron ore sector, heavy civil, or structural remediation environments.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large on-site teams (40+ personnel) in a FIFO setting.
- Current White Card and relevant FIFO site inductions, with availability for a 2:2 FIFO roster from Perth.
- Ability to pass project-specific pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Proficient in MS Office, project management, and reporting systems, with strong attention to detail and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, building positive relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams.
