  • Content Strategy: Support creation of digital and offline content for in-branch communications.
  • Branch Marketing Framework: Help embed a structured marketing support system for branches, including activations, promotions, and crisis management.
  • Tools & Measurement: Develop and track usage of marketing tools like PixelGo and BrandIQ.
  • PR & Social Media: Co-develop integrated plans to enhance market presence at branch level.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Regional Directors and Corporate Communications to spotlight local success and drive brand trust.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and analyse marketing campaigns to support regional and local branch activity.
  • Empower Local Teams: Establish a hyperlocal marketing model that enables branches to run their own initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing peers, business leaders, and external partners to align on strategy and deliver impactful results.
  • Lead Brand Delivery: Support the rollout of refreshed brand propositions, especially Jewson’s future branch concept and associated PR.
  • Agency Collaboration: Work with external agencies to develop and manage brand assets and visibility.

2-5 yrs
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ marketing experience, the majority of which will have been in B2B.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and multiple, competing priorities in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Will need to be available for ad-hoc out of hours work.
  • Solid knowledge of customer relationship and stakeholder management, and content management systems.
  • Comfortable to manage and work with pace and focus during a period of significant transformation, using own initiative.
  • High proficiency with data analysis and how to apply this to decision making and impact measurement.
  • Proficiency with digital and traditional marketing communication channels.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and work flexibly when needed.
  • Experience in marketing to traditional and hard-to-reach B2B audiences, via traditional and digital media.
