Description

Lead Research and Targeting (35%)

• Technology Savvy: Utilizes data tools and software for operational analysis.
• First point of contact for all inbound inquiries
• Proactively identify and research key decision makers, engineering firms, municipal agencies, and contractors that fit Armorock’s customer profile.
• Qualify leads through outreach (Internal platforms, calling, emailing, etc.)
• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calls and emails to generate interest, nurture relationships, and set qualified appointments.
• Input leads in CRM and track outreach and activity.
• Project Management: Organizes and executes tasks efficiently to meet objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify key projects and customers.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead information.
• Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in analysis and reporting.
• Review civil plan sets and specifications to identify Armorock’s scope of work.
• Assist in qualifying leads, conducting discovery, and coordinating handoff of opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives.

• Sitting: Must be able to remain in a sitting position for 50% of the time

• Strategic Thinking: Understands long-term business goals and aligns work accordingly.
• Organized, detail orientated, and capable of managing multiple outreach efforts simultaneously.
• Pass qualified lead to Sales Representatives in local markets.
• Analytical Thinking: Using data to identify problems, trends, and solutions.
• Willingness to learn technical product knowledge and communicate value in a B2B industrial environment.
• Problem-Solving: Delivers highly accurate designs and reviews with rigorous documentation.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the broader sales and marketing.
• Education: High School Diploma Required
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Communication: Effectively Conveys insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
