The role sits at the centre of Homecover’s platform for the Hometree and YourRepair brands, where strong communication and time‑management are essential to deliver the best customer experience. Using data‑driven insight you will identify improvement opportunities, drive change and enable leadership to achieve strong commercial results. This position carries significant responsibility and high visibility, requiring leadership, problem‑solving, analytical thinking and adaptability.

Benefits
The role offers a salary of £30,000‑£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and is a permanent full‑time position. It is hybrid, requiring one day per week onsite at an office in Stoke, Peterborough or London, with travel costs to other offices covered. You will report directly to the Customer Operations Director.
