Office Access – monitor and record all visitors to adhere to office security protocols.
Monitor and order stationery supplies to ensure adequate stock on the office.
Support facilities as required to include maintenance visits, reporting issues, escalation and a keen eye on practical office facilities to ensure the office can run smoothly.
Inbound calls – where applicable, assist in taking centralised reception calls.
Where necessary, printing, binding, posting if the business need arises.
