Assist with annual performance evaluations of team members.
Assist Production Supervisor with scheduling and organizing employees to accomplish production operations.
Plan and conduct daily safety/operational meetings with employees under your supervision.
Work closely with management to ensure the implementation of scheduled maintenance on all equipment.
Complete daily production, safety, and maintenance reports accurately.
Implement and apply all safety rules, policies, regulations, and procedures of property as set forth by federal, state, and local agencies.
Maintain housekeeping and appearance standards as established.
Perform standard office duties, plant duties, and operate mobile equipment.
Assist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as needed.
Participate in the plant safety committee.
Responsible for maintaining the quality of all products.
Encourage employees to participate in Guardian Angel activities.
Establish and maintain effective communications within all areas of the operation.
Make regular inspections for safety, housekeeping, and mechanical issues in all areas of the operation.

4 years+ experience preferably in aggregates industry.
Ability to operate hand levers, foot pedals, and steering wheel
Ability to travel long distances by car or other commercial means, overnight at times
Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.
Must be able to work in confined spaces
Must be able to climb stairs to a height of 100 feet and work at this height
Self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must be able to perform duties in a safe manner. This job requires the ability to wear a hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection
Lift up to 50 pounds
1 year of supervisory or leadership experience, preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge
Must be able to walk across steep/rough terrain
Must be able to work irregular shifts and weekends as required
Must maintain a valid driver's license.
