• Own the Pace: You’ll be responsible for keeping things moving. From filling job orders to dispatching workers. You know how to deliver under pressure.
• Lead a High-Energy Team: Manage and motivate recruiters and sales reps who move quickly and think on their feet. You will set the tone and drive daily activity.
• Own the Operation: Oversee everything from compliance and safety to timecards and payroll. You’ll handle challenges in real time and keep things running smoothly.
• Drive Recruiting: Partner with recruiters to keep a ready-to-work pipeline of skilled tradespeople. No delays. No excuses.
• Build Client Relationships: Win and grow accounts by understanding their urgent needs. Deliver results and be the first call when they need help on a job site.

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced setting, retail, logistics, trades, or sales.
