Visit jobsites regularly to maintain familiarity with project execution and provide technical support throughout the lifecycle.
Drive the development of mechanical estimates for water/wastewater projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Accurately quantify materials, labor, and equipment for Process Mechanical Systems for water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations, including Flanged Ductile Iron, PVC/CPVC and Stainless-Steel pipe and fittings.
Develop schedules, monitor bid progress, lead estimate reviews, and assist operations during turnover and buyout.

7 - 10 years of process mechanical self-perform estimating experience in water/wastewater construction or similar water related heavy civil projects.
Hands-on experience estimating Flanged Ductile Iron pipe and fittings and process equipment for water and wastewater treatment plants.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, engineers, and internal teams.
Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
Successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including drug screening and background check.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to self-perform general contract process mechanical bid estimating.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (Sage/Timberline, PlanSwift, ISqFt) and familiarity with BIM tools a plus.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
