Description

• Oversee consolidated accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Foster a culture that values mission-driven work, teamwork, and integrity.
• Multi-division environments and creating consolidated financial statements.
• Partner with external accounting firms on year-end processes, audits, and compliance.
• Build reporting frameworks and ensure accurate job cost, project financials, and divisional performance metrics.
• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning across multiple divisions, including marine construction, defense contracting, and engineering.
• Collaborate across departments and support leadership with clear financial guidance.

Requirements

• Strategic thinker who executes tactically and within a collaborative culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Open to candidates willing to relocate for the right long-term opportunity.
• Must have a strong background in federal regulations and DOD requirements.
• Strong foundation in core accounting principles and hands-on leadership.
