The Technical Coordination Team supports the STEP Programme by providing technical coordination and project support across UKIFS work packages. The role requires an autonomous individual who will model UKIFS values while advising project managers and lead engineers on document management and SharePoint deployment. The incumbent will also facilitate Plant Information Management System (PIMS) training and liaise with senior technical coordinators to ensure project milestones are met.
Essential qualifications include an HNC or degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience, demonstrated experience in complex technical project support, and expertise in SharePoint configuration. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess strong technical writing, planning and organisational abilities, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Familiarity with quality management systems is considered beneficial.

The position is based in West Burton, Nottinghamshire, with an expectation of three days onsite per week and flexibility to adjust working patterns for onsite meetings. The salary for this role is £32,577, classified at Level 3 within the UKIFS Engineering Delivery department.
