Lead the development, coordination and tracking of high-level partnerships with brand-enhancing local professional and civic organizations, industry associations, and educational institutions to identify leadership positions, speaking and conference presentation roles, membership options and support local succession planning for the firm key organizations
Data entry for purposes of ROI and relationship management
Keep abreast of both legal and business markets and “best practices” in legal marketing
Utilize individual network as well as firm contact list to develop relationships with clients and prospective clients
Serve as marketing lead to assigned offices
Lead and support the development and execution of a local marketing strategy in partnership with the Office Managing Partner (OMP) and Senior Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) that supports the OMP-C strategy
Attend regular shareholder and committee meetings to ensure consistent and effective communication on issues and provide support for opportunities relating to marketing and brand awareness
Strategically curate events and meetings with prospective clients to foster introductions and strengthen relationships within priority industry sectors
Takes ownership of firm-wide strategic initiatives as assigned
Understand the “driver” practices in each market and propose activities, thought leadership, and present client and prospective client engagement opportunities for local attorneys in these areas
