In this role you will lead municipal projects and programs for state, local, and municipal clients, mentor junior staff, and collaborate within a dynamic team, leveraging strong client‑relations skills and experience in zoning, subdivision, stormwater, and sewer system design.
- Lead planning and design of municipal public works, sanitary sewer, stormwater, permitting, and construction services.
- Travel within the Greater Philadelphia area to support municipal clients.
- Provide technical direction to ensure high‑quality design while meeting scope, schedule, and budget targets.
- Represent clients at township, borough, and authority meetings with minimal oversight.
- Develop business through proposal preparation, interviews, and presentations.
- Produce plans, specifications, cost estimates, and coordinate subconsultants and subcontractors.

- Direct experience completing projects for public sector/municipal agencies.
