- Administer SharePoint Online (sites, permissions, content lifecycle).
- Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, phones, tablets, remote access, printers, and copiers; support imaging and onboarding/offboarding.
- Lifting/moving of computer equipment as required.
- Maintain systems and processes for files, databases, data security, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Perform software installations and upgrades via remote management tools; maintain patching and endpoint protection.
- Create and manage users, groups, security, and access controls across network and Microsoft 365 services.
- Provide user training and new-hire orientation on devices, network access, and core applications.
- Configure and support network equipment (firewalls, LAN switches, Wi-Fi access points), preferably Cisco Meraki; assist with VPN/remote access.
- Monitor logs for firewall, anti-virus, and anti-spam; escalate security events as needed.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues proactively and reactively; document solutions and SOPs.
- Track work in a ticketing system and maintain IT asset inventory.

- Ability to operate standard office equipment (laptop, phone, keyboard, mouse).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to train non-technical users.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and remote connectivity.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365/Azure or related technologies preferred.
- Visual ability for data preparation/analysis and computer use; extensive reading.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, compliance policies), Defender/AV, anti-spam monitoring/mitigation, and Intune/Autopilot for endpoint lifecycle.
- Associate degree in computer systems or related field, or equivalent training/experience.
- 3–5+ years of IT support/administration experience.
- Occasional driving between sites (2–5 hours as needed).
- Ability to prioritize, document, and close tickets in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with field/remote work setups, including device and network readiness.
