- Provide billing information, research, troubleshooting, and follow up on both internal project manager as well as client generated billing issues
- Generate and send monthly statements to clients
- Initialize project set up ensuring compliance with issued proposals and including allocation of fees to proper profit centers
- Respond to missing invoice replacement requests
- Prepare and review monthly A/R reports with Team Leaders
- Assist with general accounts payable, credit card recons/payments and expense report approval/correction as needed.
- Generate periodic and on-demand billing in client specific format and timing, both of fees as well as client reimbursable expenses including supporting documentation
- Research and clarify unidentified client remittances
- Interface on day-to-day basis with Team Leaders/Project Managers
- Encouraging Professional Licensure
- Respond to various client requests to include processing lien waivers, COI’s, etc.
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with client counterparts

- Experience with Deltek Vision or VantagePoint ERP software
- Working knowledge of job costing
