Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously with the ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
Professional qualification from a recognised institution, e.g. RICS, RIBA, CIOB desirable.
Experience working as a Senior Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager.
Minimum relevant level 4 qualification (HNC / NVQ4 etc) or Equivalent industry experience.
Ability to demonstrate an up to date understanding of Health & Safety legislation and obligations.
Full up to date knowledge of building regulations and current industry standards.
Proven Experience of reading and accurately interpreting drawings and technical specifications.

Knowledge of modern construction techniques including high rise concrete frame and high-risk buildings.
IT Skills - Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and project Management Tools.
