Coordinate QA/QC inspections and documentation for civil construction projects.
Maintain clear and organized records of inspections, test results, NCRs, and correspondence.
Participate in quality audits, site walkthroughs, and punch list identification with the internal team and clients.
Complete inspection checklists and maintain accurate field reports for daily activities, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Monitor site practices to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations as they relate to civil construction.
Assist in the closeout process by gathering and organizing final documentation and ensuring all deficiencies are addressed.
Verify work is completed in accordance with IFC drawings, project specifications, municipal standards, and regulatory codes.
Conduct quality control inspections and field reviews for civil infrastructure works including earthworks, concrete, roadworks, underground utilities, structures, and site grading.
Support the preparation and submission of project quality documentation including redlines, as-builts, concrete pour cards, material submittals, and test results.

Assist in the implementation and execution of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for all civil scopes of work.

Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with software like Procore, Bluebeam, or SharePoint is an asset.
Experience reading and interpreting civil drawings, specifications, and survey data.
Familiar with applicable construction standards and codes.
Solid understanding of civil construction methods and practices including earthworks, formwork, rebar, concrete, and site services.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
4+ years of QA/QC or inspection experience on civil infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, transit, municipal works).
Competent in preparing inspection documentation, reviewing test reports, and tracking deficiencies.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and the project team.
Established its presence in Canada as a coast-to-coast builder.
