- Détenir un diplôme d'études professionnelles ou collégiales en mécanique industrielle, en génie industriel, en soudure ou en électromécanique ou toute autre formation jugée équivalente (expérience pertinente peut suppléer au diplôme);
- Veiller à la prévention des accidents de travail;
- Être disposé à se déplacer sur nos différents sites de la région Estrie-Montérégie (détenir un permis de conduire de classe 5 valide).
- Résoudre les problèmes reliés au travail et recommander des mesures visant à augmenter la productivité;
- Avoir des habiletés en gestion d'équipes de travail;
- Établir des méthodes de travail permettant de respecter les calendriers d'exécution;
- Veiller à l'atteinte des objectifs de production et au contrôle des coûts;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance de la Suite Microsoft Office;
- De bénéficier d'un montant annuel spécifique pour te faire plaisir (gym, voyage, autre);
- Former les travailleurs et veiller à leur formation;
- Posséder entre trois et cinq ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de personnel et trois à dix années d'expérience pertinente dans l'un ou l'autre des domaines cités précédemment;
- 5 jours d'absence rémunérés;
