Training and Development: Train new hiring managers in assigned regions on the hiring process and various recruiting systems, ensuring they are equipped to effectively engage with candidates. Candidate Management: Efficiently move candidates through the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and support at each stage. Create, post, and maintain job requisitions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational needs
