Description
Propose innovative solutions to overcome challenges and ensure timely completion of E&M works.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements during E&M works.
Identify and resolve technical issues during the testing and commissioning phases.
Provide technical support during the initial operation of E&M systems in the depot.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of E&M systems with overall project requirements.
Assist in training operational staff on the proper use and maintenance of E&M systems.
Supervise and coordinate the testing and commissioning of E&M systems to ensure functionality and compliance with project requirements.
Oversee the installation of Electrical and Mechanical systems, including HVAC, power supply, lighting, fire protection, and other depot-related systems.
Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify that installations meet project specifications.
Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of E&M works and highlight any potential delays or issues.
Identify and address technical challenges related to E&M systems.
Work closely with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of E&M activities.
Ensure that all E&M works are executed as per approved designs, specifications, and standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of E&M activities, including installation progress, test results, and inspection reports.
