Senior Project Manager

• Liaise with municipalities and other authorities to oversee environmental and building permitting processes.
• Ensure quality expectations are met and all quality, and health and safety procedures are implemented on projects.
• Mentor and support the wider project team and junior colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
• Be responsible for the daytoday delivery and project management of projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Directly interface with our clients and be responsible for stakeholder management.
• Be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, procurement strategies, and managing project commercials.

Requirements

Our Copenhagen office is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager. This role involves project management of multi-disciplinary technical teams, working across borders to deliver to international clients. This role shall focus primarily on the delivery of hyperscale data center and industrial projects in Denmark and across international markets.

• Proven experience with project management processes, systems and tools and strong organisational, analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proven experience working closely with design teams to develop and deliver design solutions that meet the client’s brief.
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness and project management services in the built environment, across the typical project lifecycle.
• Project management experience in industrial projects that includes leading teams on design and construction of building programmes and projects.
• A master's degree in architecture / civil / structural / building services / electrical / mechanical engineering or similar.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills and experience, selfmotivated with good interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation and influencing.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in managing projects in the science, industry, and technology sectors; candidates with less experience might be considered for a position of Project Manager.
• Leadership and team management skills, including coaching, conflict resolution, setting clear goals, and driving successful delivery.
• Strong command of at least one Scandinavian language is required.
