The Accounts Receivable and Credit Manager oversees credit administration, accounts receivable, and billing, while also supporting general accounting, tax and financial reporting functions. Responsibilities include interpreting financial statements, assessing customer financial stability, establishing credit limits, maintaining exposure within those limits, applying cash to invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate billing. The role requires leadership in serving external customers as well as internal commercial, sales service teams and other departments.

Minimum requirements: legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future; bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting, finance, or business) or certification from a recognized credit organization such as NACM; prior experience with financial statement analysis or commercial banking; five years of credit/accounting/finance experience.
Preferred qualifications include prior leadership and supervision experience; experience with financial reporting, analytical tools, and risk management tools such as corporate guarantees, credit insurance, letters of credit, etc.; strong computer skills including all facets of Microsoft Office and database query proficiency.
