As the Project Lead – Interior Finishing Manager in India, you will stand at the forefront of project delivery, assembling and leading multidisciplinary teams while establishing effective organisational structures and procedures.
You will manage project objectives, allocate sufficient budgets, and monitor each stage from pre‑design through completion to achieve optimal results and meet target profits.
The role also requires you to facilitate negotiations, conduct analyses and hold meetings with authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
Develop strong business relationships by understanding client needs, representing their interests throughout the project, and retaining new contacts and repeat business from investors and landlords.
Act as the face of JLL by promoting our service offerings to prospects, local landlord clients, investor networks and industry associations.
The ideal candidate holds a relevant property‑related degree, at least 15 years of design, construction and project‑management experience, deep knowledge of local codes, and the ability to delegate authority effectively.
You must be an effective decision‑maker, a strong communicator fluent in written and spoken English, and demonstrate initiative by fostering a collaborative team environment.
