  • Settle disputes, handle complaints, resolve grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiate with others
  • Attend project transition, pre-construction, and construction meetings
  • Oversee project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and collection of required closeout documents
  • Track and manage RFIs, change orders, and scope changes, ensuring timely responses and up-to-date project status
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including field reports, as-built drawings, and change records
  • Coordinate with contractors and engineers to address deficiencies, correct discrepancies, and certify pay applications
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, quality, and compliance with contract documents
  • Cooperate and coordinate with other members of your team, architects and owners
