

Multi‑discipline engineering, architecture, design & consulting for public and private sector projects.
The role involves leading technical design and staff on bridge projects, developing work plans, and coordinating with other disciplines. Responsibilities include cost estimating, preparing specifications and construction documents, and supporting the construction phase. The engineer also mentors design staff, performs quality control and assurance on computations, models, CAD drawings, reports, and specifications, and acts as the primary point of contact for clients, design professionals, and contractors.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (master’s preferred) and possess a New York State PE license, with at least eight years of bridge or structural design experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation, knowledge of NYSDOT, AASHTO, and AREMA codes, and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous learning are required. Excellent English communication skills are essential for written and verbal interactions.
