Monitoring, reporting and analysis of project progress against time, cost and quality expectations, providing an early warning of any variances or exceptions and ensuring compliance with Southern Water project and programme delivery framework, governance and reporting standards.
Financial management: tracking, reporting, analytics, purchase order and invoice process, financial systems updates.
Support project, programme, and portfolio level reporting, including analytics to identify issues, trends, gaps, and improvements required.
Ongoing management and monitoring of the Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID), for all programmes and projects via regular engagement and challenge with the programme/project teams. Resource demand management: Support PM with the tracking and reporting demand and assignment for the project, identifying options where shortfalls or conflicts arise
Responsible for contributing ideas to the ongoing development, and improvement of the Project framework and maintenance of the delivery lifecycle, processes, standards, and templates. Perform administration of tools used in PMO, e.g. Enterprise 1 (Planview PPM tool).
