Review production schedules and BOMs to determine material needs.
Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate material status, shortages, and delays across departments.
Maintain accurate data and documentation in the ERP system.
Timely and complete PO processing.
Assist with quoting, vendor communication, and purchase order entry.
Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and reconciliation.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems and BOMs.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Accurate inventory and reduced discrepancies.
