Read and interpret drawings and specifications to perform quantity take‑offs.

Pursue a career in construction project management, field supervision, or estimating.
Enrolled in an associate’s or bachelor’s program in architectural drafting, estimating technology, construction management, or related field.
Experience with On‑Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Excel, Word, Revit, Acrobat, or similar software.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with project personnel, suppliers, subcontractors, and owners.
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).
18 years or older and available full‑time in Los Angeles, CA from May to August.
Pass a third‑party substance‑abuse test as a condition of employment.
