Project Manager Engineering (Water/Wastewater)

Description

• Conduct project planning, scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC for water/wastewater projects.
• Manage client relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Mentor and guide emerging engineering staff.
• Oversee creation of plans, specifications, and bidding documents.
• Assist in preparing project funding packages with the funding team.
• Deliver project updates at public meetings and forums.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering.
• Have at least 5 years of water/wastewater project experience.
• Experience presenting at council or board meetings.
• Possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license (strongly preferred).
• Be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

The role leads project planning, design, construction, and operations for municipal clients, requiring frequent client interaction, mentorship of technical staff, and oversight of technical deliverables. The position offers flex‑time eligibility and hybrid working arrangements.

Compensation ranges from $88,871 to $142,194 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
