Key responsibilities include designing next‑generation CI/CD and cloud deployment strategies, building rolling deployment pipelines to reduce risk, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define availability, latency, performance, and change‑impact requirements.
You will implement proactive monitoring with Datadog and Mixpanel, work with security and risk partners, contribute to code deliverables and end‑to‑end design flows, and continuously assess system resiliency, scalability, and high availability.
Leadership duties involve prioritizing work for the team, using technology to improve performance, and keeping leadership informed about progress, risks, and issues while always putting customer success first.
The ideal candidate holds a BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) and has 6‑8 years of experience building CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform, as well as production monitoring experience with Datadog or Mixpanel.
Required skills also include expertise in availability, latency, performance analysis, scaling application infrastructures, rolling deployments, modern cloud services, containerization, and strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
Nice‑to‑have experience includes software development, rolling deployment tool establishment, distributed data platforms, and infrastructure benchmarking.
