As the Wellbeing & Events Manager, you will play a central role in shaping an exceptional student living experience. You’ll design and deliver a vibrant calendar of social, educational, and wellbeing programs while also overseeing our Community Assistants - ensuring they are well-supported, scheduled effectively, and empowered to deliver outstanding service across the property.
Working closely with the Community Manager and onsite teams, you’ll foster an inclusive and engaged residential community, build strong relationships with local partners, and ensure students feel supported, connected, and safe throughout their stay. Your work will directly contribute to resident satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Whether your background is in events, hospitality, community engagement, or student accommodation, you bring a great mix of creativity and practical know-how. You communicate with ease, support residents with genuine empathy, and jump in to solve problems before they escalate. You enjoy guiding casual staff and building a positive, collaborative team culture. Tech-savvy and adaptable, you’re confident using scheduling tools, CRM/EDM systems, and platforms like StarRez.
