Associate Director - Planning

As an Associate Planner, you’ll lead and manage a variety of planning applications and development management work, collaborating closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines. You’ll bring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness and the confidence to represent projects externally.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage complex private-sector planning applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional accreditation (MIPI / MRTPI) or working towards it
• Strong understanding of Irish planning legislation and directives
• 10+ years’ planning experience within Ireland
