What you would be doing

  • Supporting blue collar workers with the raising and management of HR Service requests.
  • Writing and sending accurate correspondence including: Occupational Health Appointment Invites, Case Management invitations and outcome letters, Flexible Working and anything else reasonably required.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer queries within 24 hours. Coordinating the local UK team activities via the HR Service ticketing system ensuring respective local teams are aware of daily activities.
