Work closely with the Asset Management team to ensure accurate and timely reporting from the assets. Support financial modelling for strategic initiatives, including sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
Integrate financial reporting processes for newly acquired assets.
Review journal entries for posting into the accounting system.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., KIT Group Finance team and Senior Management) as well as external parties (e.g., external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies) to support financial operations and reporting.
Manage budgeting and financial planning processes.
Responsible for the timely preparation and reporting of financial statements, results and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Leading a small team and overseeing the financial reporting process of KIT portfolio assets.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent.
At least 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in an Audit or Accounting role.
Proficiency in bookkeeping software, accounting tools, and financial analysis platforms. SAP and Yardi knowledge advantageous.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities across departments.
