The role provides timely and accurate administrative support to managers, enhancing service quality for clients and employees. Responsibilities include initiating first-level HR processes, assisting with pre-employment paperwork and background checks, maintaining employee files, creating financial spreadsheets, processing invoices and bi-weekly payroll, handling general office duties, greeting visitors, recording meeting minutes, preparing reports, and performing other tasks assigned by management.
Candidates must have at least a GED or high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 2–3 years of office administration experience. Required skills include high energy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, flexibility with hours, experience with hourly time-record keeping and new-employee processing, strong organization, interpersonal abilities, teamwork, urgency, confidentiality handling, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities.
