Have responsibility for delivery of the ETC Coaching Curriculum, ensuring the curriculum is consistently delivered in line with the Playing Philosophy and Coaching Philosophy.
In conjunction with each of the Clubs coaches, plan, deliver and monitor the delivery of individual development plans for each such coach.
Be responsible for designing the Clubs continued professional development programme (CPD), using internal and external professionals.
Monitor and plan the development of all players in the ETC to ensure they are getting stretched and challenged accordingly.
Attend ETC fixtures
Ensure the oversight of ETC Coaches to ensure the same messages are being disseminated throughout the coaching team, working together to write and deliver coaching programmes.
In conjunction with the Designated Safeguarding Officer, ensure all policies, practices and procedures relating to safeguarding of young people are implemented.
