- Develop and calibrate transport models to forecast traffic demand and assess network performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with RTA and other stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.
- Lead and deliver Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) using the Dubai Strategic Transport Model (DSTM).
- Conduct data analysis, scenario testing, and sensitivity assessments to support transport planning decisions.
- Ensure TIS submissions meet the standards and requirements of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
- Apply advanced transport planning and traffic analysis tools such as PTV VISUM, VISSIM, VISTRO, SYNCHRO, and SIDRA.
- Prepare clear, concise technical reports and presentations for clients and authorities.

- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills.
- Preferably RTA-approved Transport Modeler.
- Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience, with proven expertise in Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) in Dubai.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in traffic engineering and analysis software, including:
- Hands-on experience using the Dubai Strategic Transport Model (DSTM) for TIS delivery.
- PTV Software Suite: VISUM, VISSIM, VISTRO
- Traffic analysis tools: SYNCHRO, SIDRA
- Previous consulting or advisory experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
