In the Integrated Facilities Management work stream, you will deliver property operation and maintenance services, covering customer service, budget management, procurement, and supplier oversight. You will develop client relationships that align with corporate real‑estate goals and lead teams in inspection, testing, and maintenance of facility systems to ensure compliance with local codes.
You will provide technical advice to facilities engineers, technicians, and project teams, lead task execution, and act as the primary contact for engineering escalations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and restoring HVAC systems, mentoring staff, managing building management systems, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of all maintenance activities.
Performance excellence is driven by meeting service‑level agreements and key performance indicators while fostering positive working relationships. You will lead safety audits, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity planning, and ensure all site activities comply with relevant policies and regulations.
In the improvement and projects arena, you will monitor engineering contract spend, identify savings, and coordinate vendor projects, safety audits, and timely repairs. Acting as the engineering point of contact, you will collaborate on forecasts, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives that delight customers.
The role requires a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and at least five years of experience in office‑based engineering operations. A strong background in engineering troubleshooting, MEP installations, and familiarity with electrical and HSE programs is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English is essential, along with the ability to convey technical issues to non‑technical colleagues, clients, and vendors.
