Project Manager - Urban Planning

Description

• To be responsible for the final project deliverables, presentations to the client
• To manage budget, resources, mitigate risks and ensure quality of deliverables
• To lead the team of urban planners, urban designers etc
• To function as a project manager for the captioned assignment
• To coordinate with the all the stakeholders

Requirements

• PMP, PRINCE2 certifications
• MBA or master's degree in Project Management
• Working experience of preparation of master planning and infrastructure design components of large infrastructure project like townships, SEZs, industrial sites etc is must for the assignment
• Experience as Project Manager for two similar assignments
• minimum experience of 12 years and relevnt experience to the captioned assignment should be at least 5 Years
