  • Work with Project Managers and Superintendents to plan the execution of project work

  • At least 2 years’ experience supervising employees
  • Certified OSHA Competent Person; OSHA 10, OSHA 30 completion required
  • Commercial Driver’s License A – currently holding or able to obtain within 6 months is required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant construction (as a fitter, operator, lineman, finisher, and/or welder) with no less than three years as a Foreman
  • Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
  • Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
  • Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test; hold/obtain DOT medical card
  • All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English
  • Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling
  • Proven track record for successfully managing a team, mentoring and training new employees
  • Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and desire to keep crew safe
