Requirements

• Must have had experience working in the UK
• ARB-registered Architect with ideally 3+ years of post-Part 3 experience
• Experience managing projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
• Strong design and technical skills, with a passion for thoughtful, high-quality, and innovative design
• Proactive, well-organised, and capable of working independently when required
• Proven experience in domestic residential architecture
• Excellent detailing skills and a solid understanding of on-site delivery and contract administration
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
