- Contribuer à la finalisation du chantier, transmettre la documentation requise, participer à l’évaluation des performances et recommander des pistes d’amélioration continue.
- Maintenir une communication fluide avec les équipes et les parties prenantes, coordonner les travaux avec les autres métiers et organiser des réunions régulières de suivi et de sécurité.
- Documenter rigoureusement les activités du chantier : inspections, rapports d’événements, enquêtes, analyses et autres documents liés à la SST et à l’exécution du projet.
- Diriger et superviser une équipe de travailleurs afin d’assurer l’application des méthodes, les standards de qualité Navada et le respect des échéanciers.
- Participer activement aux réunions préliminaires de projets et assurer une gestion quotidienne efficace en collaboration avec les responsables de projets.
- Élaborer des plans de travail en collaboration avec les chargés de projets, organiser les horaires, attribuer les tâches et prévoir les besoins en main-d’œuvre, matériaux et équipements.

- Former le personnel aux méthodes de travail sécuritaires dès leur entrée en fonction et identifier les besoins de formation pour favoriser le développement des compétences.
- Encadrer techniquement l’équipe sur le chantier, offrir un soutien dans les tâches complexes et agir comme personne-ressource.
- Veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité (SST) sur le chantier, agir de manière exemplaire, animer les réunions SST et diffuser les bonnes pratiques.
- Suivre les étapes clés du projet, identifier les écarts ou obstacles à l’avancement et proposer des solutions concrètes pour maintenir le cap.
- Un minimum de 4 ans d’expérience à titre de compagnon
- Un permis de conduire valide
- Tes cartes de compétence CCQ valides
- Un bon esprit d’équipe et de collaboration
- Des activités sportives et une ligue de hockey interne
